who we are
Kim Weber has been practicing yoga/mindfulness/meditation for 20 years and teaching for 10. A mother of 4 children, a wife of 22 years and a former journalist who wrote on deadline every day, Kim understands first-hand how these practices can help in real life to step more gracefully into the flow and live life more lightfooted. Kim is a certified yoga teacher and mindfulness instructor who continues to study and deepen her practice whenever and wherever she can.
